Arrival & Assessment

When you arrive, a nurse will triage your pet straight away, gathering their history, checking vital signs, and making sure the right team is ready. Patients are seen in order of clinical urgency, and if there’s any wait, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Stabilisation and Treatment

Your pet’s stability comes first. Our team will assess your pet’s condition immediately and a vet will come and speak with you as soon as possible to explain the situation, answer your questions, and agree on a plan together, whether that means admission or heading home with a clear follow up plan.

Ongoing Care & Recovery

For pet emergency patients who stay with us, our team takes a multidisciplinary approach, drawing on specialists across the hospital as needed. For those heading home, we coordinate directly with your regular vet to make sure their ongoing care is seamless and well supported.
