From your first referral through to discharge and ongoing care, we aim to make every step of the process straightforward. We’ll keep you informed, work collaboratively with your practice, and ensure your patient returns to your care with the information and support you need to continue their care confidently.

Submit a Referral

Refer online, by email or over the phone, whatever works best for your practice. Our team will review your referral and contact the client to arrange a booking promptly.

Specialist Assessment

Every referral is reviewed by our team to ensure your patient is seen by the most appropriate specialist as quickly as possible. For emergency referrals, patients are triaged immediately on arrival according to clinical urgency.

Collaborative Care

Your patient receives specialist care while we keep you informed at every significant stage. We’ll communicate important diagnostic findings, treatment decisions and discharge planning, so you’re always involved in your patient’s care.

Back to Your Practice

Once your patient’s specialist treatment is complete, they’ll return to your care with a comprehensive discharge summary and recommendations for ongoing management. Our specialists remain available for follow-up discussions, advice and co-managed care whenever needed.
