Yes. We believe in transparent, upfront communication. If your pet requires additional tests or treatment beyond the original estimate, we’ll discuss the options with you, explain any additional costs, and obtain your approval before proceeding.
ACES does not offer in-house payment plans directly, however we do work with a range of external payment providers including VetPay, Afterpay, ZipPay, and ZipMoney to help make the cost for emergency vet care and specialist treatment more manageable. These services allow you to spread the vet consultation fee and treatment costs over time, so your pet can receive the care they need without the full financial burden falling at once.
